The first Gourmet Weekend to be established in South Australia took
place in the Clare Valley 17 years ago, an exciting country event
which has happened annually since 1984, attracting huge crowds to
this picturesque area. Saturday is the day for the new vintage wines
to be tasted in the attractive venue of the Brick Pavilion at the
Clare Showgrounds.
