Established in 1978 in Watts Gully in the Northern limits of
the Adelaide Hills at 380 metres altitude, Samphire vineyard
is set in a tiny protected amphitheatre which concentrates the
sun and protects the vines from wind. The soil is deep clay,
fertilised and watered by runoff from the surrounding bushland
and hills.

eight large looms in the 113 year old cellars of Pike's
historic Brewery. The weavers, Peter Stapleton and Mary
