CORAL SEA BATTLE MEMORIAL COMMEMORATION 2002
A march and commemoration service is held on the first Sunday in May each year. The march commences at 1030 hours to commemorate the Battle of the Coral Sea. The US Texington lies offshore 600 kilometres due east of Cardwell.
